Pasen y vean.

🇬🇧 English version

TO-XO, from Valga (Pontevedra, Spain), present «Circo de pulgas» («Flea Circus»), a self-released single that runs three minutes and six seconds and blends hard rock with funk: heavy, direct riffs over a groove that never stops moving.

Its protagonist has spent a lifetime trying to write something truly worthwhile while watching, with irony, the little circus that surrounds music. Irony, metaphor and dark humour from the writer’s point of view: a personal look at ego, noise and empty promises, without trying to lecture anyone.

The music is by Jaime López (guitar) and the lyrics by Javi «Toxo» (vocals). The track was recorded, mixed and mastered by Jaime López himself at the band’s studio in Valga, with the full line-up: Javi «Toxo», Jaime López, Alex Cabal «Tato» (bass) and Ibán (drums). It has been out on all platforms since September 25th.

«Circo de pulgas» is already in The Beerman Club Radio rotation, our October playlist and the race for La Canción del Mes. Roll up, roll up.
