Alchemists open a new chapter with “Orkidea” and bring their tour to Spain
🇬🇧 English version
From Switzerland, Alchemists present “Orkidea”, their new single and music video. Formed in 2019, they play modern metal inspired by bands like Northlane, Periphery and Architects, and they’re not content to stay inside the genre’s borders.
After their debut, Chapter One: Love (2020), which explored the many faces of love through complex compositions and introspective lyrics, and the More Love reissue with instrumental versions, the singles “Ghost” and “Orkidea” open the door to Chapter Two: Life, a second chapter about what comes after love and life’s resilience.
Since 2024 the band has kept growing on the European scene, with stops at festivals such as Rock the Lakes, Greenfield Festival and FIMU. And this very week their tour reaches the Iberian Peninsula: Thursday, November 5 at Groove (Bilbao), Friday 6 at Portalegre Core Fest (Portugal) and Saturday 7 at Sala Gong (Oviedo).
“Orkidea” is already on our November playlist and in the running for La Canción del Mes, our Song of the Month.
